Job summary

IHFL is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition and HRBP professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for branch roles across Karnataka and West Bengal. You will serve as the key HR contact for branch staff, handling grievances, performance management and engagement initiatives.

The role requires travel to multiple branches, a full-time on-site work setup, and strict adherence to BFSI regulations and company policies. Bangalore preference is noted in the job posting.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of combined TA and HRBP experience.
• Must have BFSI / Mortgages experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and work full-time on-site.

Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 6 - 10 years in a combined TA and HRBP role.
• Domain: Must have experience in BFSI /Mortgages(Mandatory)
• Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Logistics: Must be comfortable with travel and a full-time WFO setup.
