Job summary

Tashiv Ventures in Navi Mumbai, India is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and employee relations at scale.

The role requires partnering with business units as HRBP, shaping performance management, compensation, L&D and retention programs for 500+ employees, while ensuring policy compliance and effective HR administration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in TA & HR Ops.
• Experience handling HRBP/Sales HRBP/HR Manager roles.
• Experience managing a workforce of 500+ employees is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning across the organization.
• Partner with business heads as HRBP, including sales HRBP responsibilities.
• Oversee employee relations, grievance management, and performance management.
• Manage compensation, benefits, L&D, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, compliance and operations are adhered to.
• Administer HR processes for 500+ employees.
