Job summary

ESEPL GROUP is seeking an experienced Manager (Hotel Management) to oversee daily operations of a hotel or hospitality venue in Patna. You will lead front office, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership and 3 years in hotel/institutional management, with a postgraduate or graduate degree in hotel management. Proficiency in hotel software and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hotel or institutional management.
• Postgraduate or graduate in hotel management with exposure to housekeeping, kitchen operations, staff management and inventory.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hotel operations and administration.
• Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage and maintenance teams.
• Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
