Responsibilities

• Manage hospitality operations across residential sites, Experience Centres, and the corporate office to ensure consistent service standards.
• Oversee front office, guest relations, housekeeping, and visitor management.
• Ensure Experience Centres and customer-facing areas are well-maintained and premium in presentation.
• Coordinate with Facility Management, Security, Administration, Sales, and Project teams for smooth operations.
• Manage VIP visits, customer meetings, site visits, and corporate events with professional hospitality arrangements.
• Monitor housekeeping standards, vendor performance, service quality, and SOP adherence.
• Handle customer and visitor concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage hospitality budgets, control operational costs, and optimize resource usage.
• Lead, train and supervise hospitality and support staff across locations.

• Ensure Experience Centres and customer-facing areas are well-maintained, presentable, and aligned with premium real estate standards.
• Coordinate with Facility Management, Security, Administration, Sales, and Project teams for smooth operations.
• Manage VIP visits, customer meetings, site visits, and corporate events with professional hospitality arrangements.
• Monitor housekeeping standards, vendor performance, service quality, and adherence to SOPs.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, premium real estate or corporate hospitality.
• Experience managing multiple locations, residential developments, Experience Centres or corporate offices will be preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and team management skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on service excellence, presentation, and operational efficiency.
