Job summary

Synergy Systems Management Consultancy is engaged to source a Resort Manager for a reputed 5-star resort in Ernakulam. The role will spearhead resort operations, guest relations and service excellence to position the property as a centre of premium luxury hospitality.

The ideal candidate holds a Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management with 5-8 years in hospitality, including 2-3 years in a managerial role, and excellent communication with international guests. Immediate joining is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
• 5-8 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role in a premium hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and guest handling skills, especially with HNI and international guests.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality operations, F&B and housekeeping.
• Well-groomed, presentable personality with strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort and ensure seamless functioning as a premium hospitality destination.
• Interact proactively with national and international clientele, handle guest queries and feedback and ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with F&B / Chef and Housekeeping teams to deliver a consistent, premium luxury experience.
• Maintain upkeep, ambience, cleanliness, and 5-star standards of the property at all times.
• Lead, motivate and manage resort staff to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.
• Report directly to the Group Manager on operations, occupancy, guest satisfaction and upkeep.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Resort Manager to lead operations for a premium 5-star resort. The incumbent will be responsible for positioning the resort as a centre of excellence in premium hospitality and ensuring a world-class luxury experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resort Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort and ensure seamless functioning as a premium hospitality destination.
• Guest Relations: Interact proactively with national and international clientele, handle guest queries, feedback and ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction.
• Service Excellence: Coordinate closely with F&B / Chef and Housekeeping teams to deliver a consistent, premium luxury experience.
• Upkeep & Standards: Maintain the upkeep, ambience, cleanliness, and 5-star standards of the property at all times.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and manage resort staff to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Report directly to the Group Manager on operations, occupancy, guest satisfaction and upkeep.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
