The role requires strong design development, technical proficiency, and leadership to guide junior architects and ensure quality documentation across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Experience in hospitality projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development for hospitality projects, including hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, and luxury venues.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and site teams.
• Oversee project execution to ensure design intent, quality standards, and timelines are maintained.
• Review materials, finishes, detailing, and specifications to meet the studio’s design standards.
• Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth coordination between design and execution teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design revisions.
• Present design proposals and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Guide junior architects and support the team in maintaining high design and documentation standards.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with 8+ years of experience, preferably specializing in hospitality projects, to lead and manage architectural design and project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects.

• Strong understanding of hospitality planning, circulation, functionality, and guest experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural software.
• Experience with construction documentation, detailing, material selection, and site coordination.
• Strong design development, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, banquet venues, or high-end commercial projects.
• Knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and approval processes.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary consultants.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating completed hospitality projects.
