Brigade Group is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager in Bengaluru to oversee planning, execution, and upkeep of all installations and refurbishments across properties. You will lead facilities staff and contractors, ensure health and safety compliance, manage budgets, and drive cost-efficient operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments.
• Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Drive timely and accurate collections of maintenance charges/rent from residents/tenants etc.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to the Facilities Management budget for all properties.

• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Handle insurance plans and service contracts.
• Keep financial and non-financial records
• Perform analysis and forecasting
