Job summary

Confidential Leading Adhesives, Waterproofing, Pigments and more is seeking an Experience Centre Manager to be the face of its centre for B2B visitors in Delhi NCR. You will drive footfalls, manage engagements and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver compelling experiences and seamless operations.

The role requires 5-10 years of experience in customer-facing or showroom management, with a preference for B.Arch or BE Civil Engineering and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.Arch or BE Civil Engineering preferred.
• Experience Centre/showroom management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive relevant B2B footfalls to the Experience Centre through internal divisions and external events.
• Manage visitor engagement and ensure timely follow-ups to strengthen customer relationships.
• Design and deliver curated walkthroughs, events and customer experiences.
• Train and guide the on-ground team to deliver high-quality walkthroughs and customer interactions.
• Ensure proper upkeep, repair and maintenance of the Experience Centre.
• Prepare regular performance reports, visitor data and updates for the Head Office.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
• Understand visitor requirements and effectively communicate the company's solutions, products and capabilities.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Experience Centre Manager who will be the face of our clients Experience Centre for B2B visitors. The role involves managing visitor engagement, creating impactful experiences, driving footfalls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.
