Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Interior designing or architecture or mechanical engineering or MBA in Marketing specialization.
• 2-4 years in role at brand showrooms.
• Preferably from building materials industry or premium brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Experience Centre.
• Ensure displays are functional and well maintained.
• Engage with customers and explain products in detail.
• Assist customers to prepare BOQ per requirement.
• Provide marketing collaterals to help customers understand products.
• Plan calendar of customer engagement activities.
• Invite architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners for demonstrations.
• Set up processes and document feedback.
• Forward enquiries to regional sales management for closure.
• Follow up with internal and external teams for qualification and closure.
• Measure leads and project estimates for potential opportunities.

Job Summary

Job Title: Advisor - Experience Centre

Reports to: Director Communications and Marketing

Position Summary: ASSA ABLOY is looking for a candidate for position Advisor - Experience Centre who will be responsible to manage operations at ASSA ABLOY owned product displays and experience centre. This job involves overseeing strategies to engage with customers, channel partners, end users and critical influencers and ensure that they have a positive view of the company and better understanding of its products and services. The person should have in depth knowledge of the brands under ASSA ABLOY umbrella and range of products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of the Experience centre, manage daily operations.
• Ensure all displays are in function and kept in proper working conditions
• Engage with customers, provide them with thorough understanding of the products in display.
• Help customer prepare the BOQ as per their requirement
• Provide all the customers with ASSA ABLOY marketing collaterals for them to understand the products in details
• Prepare calendar of activities for regular customer engagement
• Invite architects, interior designers, contractors, channel partners and provide them with demonstrations.
• Setting up processes and managing all the feedback documentation.
• Evaluate the enquires and forward the same to the appropriate sales management team of the region for further closure.
• Follow ups with internal team and external parties for enquires qualification and closure
• Measuring the prospects and leads generation based on project estimate and valuation
