Job summary

Nibav Lifts is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its Experience Centre in India. You will oversee end-to-end operations, project execution and maintenance, coordinating with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure layouts, space planning and design changes align with objectives.

You will review AutoCAD drawings, manage MEP services across HVAC, electrical and fire safety, handle BOQs and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams for smooth daily operations and visitor

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, B.Arch, or Diploma with strong experience in project execution, facility management or experience centre operations.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MEP coordination, HVAC, electrical systems, BOQ, costing, vendor management and fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, retail, showroom, experience centre, facilities or similar environments will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee experience centre fit-out, renovation and project execution from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with architects, designers and contractors on layouts, drawings, space planning and design changes.
• Review AutoCAD drawings and coordinate MEP services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, BMS, AV and security systems.
• Manage BOQs, costing, work orders, measurements, project budgets and timelines.
• Identify, evaluating and managing vendors for interiors, MEP, AV, housekeeping, security, maintenance and other services.
• Handling RFQs, negotiations, contracts, SLAs, AMC, vendor performance and commercial settlements.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre, including maintenance, cleanliness, product displays, AV systems, lighting and visitor readiness.
• Managing preventive and corrective maintenance, assets, warranties and emergency response.
• Leading facility, technical, housekeeping, front-office and vendor teams.
• Managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets and preparing MIS reports on projects, costs, vendors, maintenance and operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, fire, statutory and building regulations.
