• Ensure timely delivery of multiple projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Drive governance meetings and monitor project progress.
• Identify operational gaps through data analysis.
• Design scalable process improvements and standard operating procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across regions.
• Develop playbooks and best practices for field implementation.
• Perform deep‑dive analysis to identify operational trends and improvement opportunities.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and KPI trackers.
• Present actionable insights to leadership.
• Coordinate with Zonal, Regional, Branch, Finance, Network, and Operations teams.
• Conduct periodic performance review meetings.
• Drive timely closure of action items.
• Ensure alignment between central projects and field execution.

Role Purpose

The Process Excellence Manager will be responsible for driving Pan India operational excellence initiatives by leading cross‑functional projects, improving business processes, monitoring operational KPIs, and ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives. The role requires strong project management capabilities, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence regional and zonal teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
