About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Senior Manager Quality & Process Excellence to lead quality monitoring, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. The role will be responsible for identifying quality gaps, analyzing trends and root causes, assessing the impact of process changes, and driving effective improvements across operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients, and independently driving process improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and monitor overall quality performance and improvement initiatives.
• Analyze quality errors, discrepancies, trends, and identify root causes.
