Job summary

Talentbridge in Bengaluru, India seeks a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC to eliminate waste and cut cycle times, while governing with key stakeholders across domains.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years driving continuous improvement or business transformation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent English communication. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

Role & responsibilities

The role will manage the end-to-end execution of different strategic and operational projects , Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce cycle times. Should have 5 to 8+ years driving continuous improvement or business transformation projects. Manage end-to-end transformation lifecycles from discovery to deployment. The role will manage the governance of projects with key stakeholders, The role will create the project plan with milestones, will identify and flag key risks and unblock the bottlenecks, The role requires experience in working in a cross functional environment and driving global projects, The projects can span across different domains like Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Facilities etc. Ensure adherence to the project plan and its timelines, Liaise with business lines and functions (Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) to meet different project deliverables, Track project implementation, risks and concerns and publish periodic status updates and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have 5 to 10 Years of experience in managing medium to large scale projects across US, EMEA and APAC, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred. PMP certification is good to have. Excellent command on English language. Individual should have handson experience in process excellence, transformation using Six Sigma methodologies and strong analytical, problem solving, people management and influencing skills, Excellent command on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio. Good time management skills, excellent problem-solving skills.
