Job summary

PeopleStrong invites applications from qualified survey engineers for a challenging field role in Chennai. You will manage an independent section at the project site, perform centre line marking for new proposed lines, and apply TBM/NATM tunnel survey techniques using modern instruments.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Survey Engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of traverse survey, centre line marking and road alignment.
• Experience with NATM/TBM survey and modern surveying instruments.
• Willingness to work at project sites and liaise with clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle an independent section at the project location.
• Centre line marking for new proposed line.
• Total Station handling and data plotting with modern instruments.
• Cross section survey and road alignment work.
• Volume calculations, leveling and curve setting.
• Supervise juniors and ensure OH&S compliance.
