Job Summary

Responsible mainly for handling all survey works and preparing drawings in required software in coordination with the team for the transmission line.

Key Accountabilities

• Handle all types of leveling instruments and other survey equipment.
• Fix benchmarks and transfer coordinates, levels, etc.
• Perform cross‑sectional, detail, and check surveys of the transmission line.
• Mark centre line for runway, taxiway, and apron.
• Prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD 2D and transfer coordinates with total station equipment.
• Execute route alignment, detailed survey, check survey, and prop setting for the transmission line.
• Instruct survey crews in field layout of difficult construction projects, replacing lost survey monuments, setting property corners using legal descriptions and title information, and performing other aspects of survey work.
• Serve as liaison between public utilities, contractors, and subcontractors during construction to provide continuity in the assignment of survey crews.
• Assist in survey field tasks such as topography, staking, boundary surveys, and setting control.
