Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Nagpur district, Maharashtra seeks an experienced production/Manufacturing engineer to manage cost control, productivity improvements and mass production activities. You will lead assembly teams, analyze defects and implement countermeasures while coordinating with internal and external departments and vendors.

The role requires 3-7 years of general experience in manufacturing, with a BE/BTech in Electrical and Electronics or related field, and exposure to mass

Responsibilities

• Man cost control by improving productivity on line
• Cost reduction including scrap, consumables and manpower
• Budget planning and monitoring
• SPR improvement > 90
• Defects data analysis and countermeasures
• Market complaint analysis, resolution and monitoring
• Lead assembly manufacturing team to control PQCDSM
• Deliver products as per plan; coordinate with internal/external departments and vendors for improvements
• New product establishment and mass production implementation
• Adhere to training schedule; daily manpower management; resolve conflicts
• Inspire team and review performance of subordinates
• Gap analysis of production loss, quality loss and breakdown
• Synchronize parts for different models
