Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end manufacturing process and production.
• Achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity targets (SQDCP).
• Drive Winning Hrs, OEE, cycle time reductions, and scrap reduction activities.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Establish New products regular production ramp up, process validation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage manpower, training, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, Lean, and 5S.
