Job summary

VARITE INC is seeking a Manager or Director – Staffing Delivery to own high-volume IT staffing for major services clients in Bengaluru. You will lead client relationships, recruitment teams, ATS governance, AI-enabled productivity, delivery metrics, and P&L, driving performance and growth.

You will deliver 50+ placements per month, manage targets, and deepen ties with delivery heads and procurement stakeholders, while scaling teams for top-tier results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-12 years in IT staffing delivery with team leadership.
• Proven track record delivering 50+ placements per month.
• Strong governance of ATS platforms and data hygiene.
• AI-enabled sourcing, screening, and reporting experience.

The Role

We are hiring a Manager or Director – Staffing Delivery (level based on experience) to own high-volume delivery for our large IT Services clients. You will run the business end to end: client relationships, recruitment teams, ATS governance, AI-enabled productivity, delivery metrics, and P&L.

What You Will Do

• Own and consistently deliver 50+ placements per month across your client portfolio.
• Own the P&L for your delivery portfolio: revenue, gross margin, headcount productivity, and cost of delivery.
• Drive recruiter productivity: set and manage clear per-recruiter targets for submittals, interviews, and placements.
• Drive core staffing metrics: submittal-to-interview, interview-to-offer, offer-to-join ratios, time-to-submit, and fill rate.
• Use AI tools across sourcing, screening, matching, and reporting to increase speed and quality of delivery, and lead team-wide AI adoption.
• Establish and enforce ATS governance on JobDiva / Ceipal: data hygiene, pipeline discipline, activity tracking, and reporting accuracy.
• Build and deepen relationships with delivery heads, TA leaders, and procurement stakeholders at large IT Services companies to grow wallet share.
• Maintain top-tier supplier rankings through scorecard- and SLA-driven performance management.
• Present business reviews, delivery dashboards, and growth plans to clients and VARITE leadership with clarity and confidence.
• Lead, coach, and scale high-performing recruitment teams with a culture of accountability.

What You Bring

• Proven track record of delivering 50+ placements per month in IT staffing for IT Services / ISV clients.
• Demonstrated ability to raise recruiter productivity through targets, coaching, and process discipline.
• A proven mentor who builds leaders, not just recruiters, and is recognized in the industry for delivery excellence.
• Highly AI-savvy: hands-on use of AI tools for sourcing, screening, and workflow automation, with a clear view of how AI changes recruiting operations.
• Strong hands-on experience and governance of ATS platforms, specifically JobDiva and/or Ceipal.
• Deep, active connections with large IT Services companies at decision-maker level.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership with measurable revenue and margin outcomes.
• Metrics-first mindset: you manage the business through data, not instinct.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills; comfortable leading QBRs and leadership reviews.
• Experience with scorecards, VMS platforms, and contingent workforce models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Manager: 8-12 years in IT staffing delivery, including team leadership.
• Director: 12+ years in IT staffing delivery, including P&L ownership and leading multi-level teams.
