Responsabilités

• Own recruitment delivery for assigned US IT requirements and meet targets for submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Remain actively involved in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and closures.
• Create and refine advanced Boolean search strings to identify candidates across portals and databases.
• Prioritize requirements, allocate work, and guide recruiters toward timely, quality submissions.
• Review candidate profiles for technical relevance, communication, availability, and client fit.
• Mentor recruiters on sourcing techniques, screening, and candidate management.
• Track recruitment activity and metrics, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with account managers and stakeholders on priorities and feedback.
• Maintain professional communication and accurate recruitment records throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Own recruitment delivery for assigned US IT requirements and meet agreed submission, interview, and placement targets.


• Remain actively involved in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and closures.


• Create and refine advanced Boolean search strings to identify relevant candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, and resume databases.


• Prioritize requirements, allocate work, and guide recruiters toward timely, quality submissions.


• Review candidate profiles for technical relevance, communication skills, availability, and alignment with client requirements.


• Mentor recruiters on sourcing techniques, screening, professional outreach, follow-ups, and candidate management.


• Track recruitment activity and conversion metrics, identify delivery gaps, and take corrective action.


• Coordinate with account managers and internal stakeholders on priorities, candidate feedback, and delivery progress.


• Maintain professional communication and accurate recruitment records throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on US IT Staffing experience, with a proven record of meeting recruitment targets.


• Strong Boolean sourcing skills, including the ability to build precise searches for niche technical requirements.


• Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and US staffing processes.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional candidate and stakeholder engagement.
