Job summary

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in ER/IR, union management, and labor law knowledge, with MBA (HR) or MSW. This role offers growth in a dynamic manufacturing setup focused on discipline, compliance, and people development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR with ER/IR focus.
• MBA (HR) or MSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employee Relations Management and drive culture-building initiatives.
• Oversee Training and Development programs and capability building.
• Drive Employee Engagement initiatives and measure outcomes.
• Develop and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Provide advisory support to line managers on disciplinary and performance issues.
• Conduct investigations and documentation with confidentiality.

• Employee Relations Management: Driving Culture Building Initiative on the shop floor in co-operation with line Managers,Ensure peaceful and disciplined industrial relations in the Company,Implementation of drives for Vigilance and Improving the connect with employees,Maintaining discipline and Maintaining Industrial Peace & Harmony,Ensuring shop floor Discipline & Disciplinary Management,Act in an advisory capacity toidentifyand help employee relation managers
• Training and Development: Preparing the training Ensuring Dexterity Training is imparted before deploying on shop floor, Driving the Capability Building initiatives including identification of training needs, developing training calendar, skill building initiatives, etc., Measuring Effectiveness of Capability Building initiatives, Conducting & coordinating SETHU Drives (employment forum for Diploma Trainees),Driving higher education initiatives for DTEs
• Employees Engagement drive: Working closely with DH’s & Shop floor Managers for better deployment, engagement & harmony, Driving R & R initiatives, Driving various Engagement and Involvement Initiatives , Implementation of engagement survey, its analysis of data, actionplanningand implementation of initiatives , Monitoring and tracking changes in the external industrial relations environment.
• Policy Development & Compliance: Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance withlaborlaws and organizational standards., Investigation & Documentation: Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or allegations of misconduct,maintainingconfidentiality EmployeeCounseling& Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on work-related issues, promoting well-being and professional development., Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs on employee relations topics, including harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and conflict resolution., Performance Management Support:Assistin managing employee performance issues, including disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
