Job summary

Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks an Assistant HRBP with 7–8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment to drive HR operations and stakeholder partnerships.

You will support change management, payroll inputs, attendance, DEI, training, policy implementation, and ensure labor law compliance while maintaining HR metrics and audits. Telugu proficiency is required to engage shop-floor teams.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing HR experience in plant environments.

Responsibilities

• Support change management and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and validation.
• Monitor absenteeism, crèche administration, and HR helpdesk activities.
• Drive DEI initiatives and HR policy implementation.
• Drive welfare programs, engagement activities, R&R initiatives, and employee connect forums.
• Support engagement surveys and action planning.
• Maintain harmonious workmen relations, conduct shop-floor interactions, and assist in grievance handling.
• Coordinate blue-collar hiring and support white-collar recruitment closure and onboarding.
• Support goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training MIS.
• Ensure labor law compliance and maintain audit documentation.
• Publish organization structure, manpower, and HR metrics reports.
