Job summary

We seek a Contracts & Procurement professional to manage contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers, oversee procurement of materials, and coordinate with legal, finance, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Contracts and Procurement in real estate or construction.
• Mandatory experience in luxury residential and high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Contracts

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts for contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
• Manage contract execution, amendments, variation orders, claims, and contract closures.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with project, legal, finance, and engineering teams to resolve commercial and contractual matters.
• Maintain contract documentation and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.

Procurement

• Source and procure construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, and project‑related services.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop vendor and subcontractor relationships.
• Conduct techno‑commercial evaluations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely procurement aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery commitments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Contracts and Procurement within the real estate or construction industry.
• Mandatory experience in luxury residential and high‑rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, commercial negotiations, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement management systems.
