Job summary

MVN Group in Delhi seeks an experienced procurement leader for luxury residential real estate projects. You will drive end-to-end procurement, sourcing civil, finishing, and MEP materials, and ensure on-time deliveries with cost optimization.

Role requires strong vendor development, contract finalization, and negotiation skills, plus ERP/SAP experience. You will manage budgets, maintain MIS/ERP records, and collaborate with Projects teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement within real estate/construction.
• Strong exposure to procurement of civil, finishing, and MEP materials.
• Experience in vendor development, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Strong commercial negotiation and cost-control skills.
• Familiarity with ERP /SAP procurement systems preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop project-wise procurement plans in coordination with Projects and Planning teams.
• Source and procure civil, MEP, finishing and specialized construction materials as per BOQs and technical specs.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable vendors, contractors and suppliers.
• Lead price negotiations to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
• Finalize purchase orders, work orders, and contracts in line with company policies.
• Ensure timely procurement of long-lead and critical materials to avoid project delays.
• Track material deliveries, vendor performance, and resolve supply issues at site.
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers for better commercial terms and priority deliveries.
• Monitor procurement budgets and track savings vs. estimated costs.
• Maintain procurement MIS, documentation, and ERP records.
