Job summary

KSB Company in Coimbatore seeks an experienced operations professional to monitor order delivery, achieve sales plans, and manage order flow with customers and internal teams. This role emphasizes timely inspections, documentation, and coordination with dealers for large orders in a dynamic market.

The candidate will regularly review orders, ensure communication to major customers, and optimize stock utilization while preparing MIS reports to support strategic decisions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-time delivery of orders placed.
• Ensure monthly and weekly sales plans are achieved.
• Monitor Z9 orders and advance pending orders for timely clearance/collection.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings with customers and internal teams for new and large orders.
• Ensure periodic reviews of orders for document approval and amendment approval.
• Monitor and ensure order status is sent to major customers periodically.
• Monitor and ensure IBR TC's are dispatched to clients and dealers on time.
• Direct non-moving stock to possible customers.
• Ensure timely third-party inspection and obtain inspection release notes.
• Monitor submission of final technical documents.
• Visit major customers periodically and conduct meetings for seamless execution of orders.
• Prepare necessary MIS reports.

3. Monitor Z9 orders & Advance pending orders for timely clearance / Advance collection.

4. Conduct Project Kick off meeting with Customers and Internal people for New & Big Orders

5. Ensure periodical review of Orders for Document approval & Amendment approval.

6. Monitoring and ensuring order status sent to all major customers periodically.

7. Monitor and ensure that IBR TC’s are despatched to clients, dealers on time.

8. Ensuring the Non-moving stock are diverted to possible customers.

9. Ensure timely third-party inspection and obtain inspection release notes.
