Responsibilities

• Monitor on time delivery of orders placed.
• Ensure Monthly & Weekly sales Plan achieved.
• Monitor Z9 orders & Advance pending orders for timely clearance / Advance collection.
• Conduct Project Kick off meeting with Customers and Internal people for New & Big Orders.
• Ensure periodical review of Orders for Document approval & Amendment approval.
• Monitoring and ensuring order status sent to all major customers periodically.
• Monitor and ensure that IBR TC’s are despatched to clients, dealers on time.
• Ensuring the Non-moving stock are diverted to possible customers.
• Ensure timely third-party inspection and obtain inspection release notes.
• Monitoring submission of final technical documents
• Visiting Major customers periodically/ conduct meeting periodically for Seamless execution of all major orders.
• Prepare necessary MIS reports
