Job summary

Rahee Infratech is seeking a contracts professional to manage end-to-end contracting processes. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project needs and regulatory requirements.

You will track contract timelines, milestones, and obligations; maintain records of amendments, renewals, and payments; liaise with internal departments and external counsel; and monitor execution to ensure compliance and timely

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure contracts align with project needs and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate modifications and resolve contractual discrepancies.
• Track contract timelines, deliverables, and obligations.
• Maintain records of contract amendments, renewals, and payments.
• Ensure contracts are executed in a timely manner and all milestones are met.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in contracts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Manage contract disputes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align contract terms with business objectives.
• Liaise with external legal counsel for complex contracts.
• Update senior management on contract risks and performance metrics.
• Monitor contract execution to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Ensure obligations are fulfilled by both parties.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to track contract performance.
• Ensure completion of all contractual obligations.
• Archive and document contracts for future reference and audits.

• Purchase Order Management - Issue RFQs, RFPs, and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Logistics & Delivery Coordination
