Job summary

Infinity Exists in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced instructional designer to craft experiential, instructor-led training content for both in-person and virtual settings. You will manage client relationships, discover learning needs, and guide trainer development while coordinating programme delivery.

The role involves leveraging LXP/LMS platforms, delivering impactful learning experiences, and coordinating project timelines to ensure successful outcomes for diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in instructional design and learning delivery.
• Certification in Instructional Design is required.
• Experience administering Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) and LMS.
• Designs and delivers instructor-led training for in-person and virtual environments.
