Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content development.
• At least 1 year working with Learning & Development teams, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
• Hands-on content creation with Canva, Storyline, Google Workspace, and Camtasia.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning content in multiple formats including videos, reels, interactive modules, presentations, and SCORM modules.
• Design assessments and evaluations aligned with learning objectives.
• Develop training assets such as quick references, posters, and bite-sized content.
• Create course curriculums, storyboards, and scripts for programs.
• Translate requirements into customized content for different zones and regions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for localization and language translations.
• Conduct field research to understand learner needs and content effectiveness.
• Partner with Training Leads, Managers, and SMEs to capture domain knowledge.
• Develop product, process, and customer support training content with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain content accuracy with regular updates.
• Support LMS activities, including content management and data analysis.

we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to design engaging learning experiences for customer-facing frontline teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in instructional design, digital content creation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build impactful training solutions.

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 2–5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning content in multiple formats, including videos, reels/shorts, interactive and gamified content, presentations, and SCORM-based modules.
• Design assessments and evaluations aligned with learning objectives and instructional models.
• Develop training assets such as quick reference guides, product pitches, posters, and bite-sized learning content.
• Create course curriculums, storyboards, and scripts for training programs.
• Understand business and training requirements to develop customized content for different zones and regions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for content localization and language translations.
• Conduct field visits and research to understand learner needs, content effectiveness, and usability.
• Partner with Training Leads, Training Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture domain knowledge and create relevant learning solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop product, process, and customer support training content.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning projects and maintain content accuracy through regular updates.
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including content management and data analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years of experience in content development.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Learning & Development teams, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Articulate Storyline, Google Workspace, and Camtasia.
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini is an added advantage.
• Understanding of audio/video editing and streaming compression methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and at least one regional language.
• Interest or experience in sales, technology, customer support, or vehicle servicing domains is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player with strong analytical skills.
