About the Role

As a Manager - Community Engagement, you will build and manage a high-impact CXO and industry community that actively contributes to student learning and placement outcomes for the PGP TBM program. This role will drive curated CXO engagement initiatives such as industry mixers, HR roundtables, workshops, and fireside chats, while building long-term relationships with senior industry leaders and organizations. The ideal candidate will combine relationship building, event strategy, and ecosystem development to strengthen the bridge between industry and academia.

Specifically, this role will involve
  • Building and nurturing a strong community of CXOs, founders, HR leaders, and industry practitioners connected to Masters Union.
  • Developing long-term engagement strategies to keep senior leaders actively involved in the ecosystem.
  • Managing ongoing relationships with corporate leaders and ensuring sustained engagement across programs and events.
  • Conceptualizing and executing high-impact community engagement initiatives including CXO mixers, HR workshops, leadership round‑tables, and fireside chats.
  • Designing curated networking opportunities that facilitate direct interaction between students and industry leaders.
  • Ensuring seamless execution of events including agenda design, speaker coordination, and experience management.
  • Enabling deeper industry participation in academic and career initiatives through partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships.
  • Identifying opportunities for industry-led sessions, experiential learning engagements, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Working closely with corporate partners to strengthen engagement with the PGP ecosystem.
  • Leveraging the community network to create placement opportunities, internships, and industry projects for students.
  • Collaborating closely with the Career Preparation team to support hiring pipelines through community engagement initiatives.
  • Ensuring a premium experience for CXOs and senior leaders engaging with Masters Union.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across events and engagement initiatives.
  • Contenting, Branding Thought Leadership
  • Supporting the creation of thought leadership content, industry insights, and event narratives emerging from community interactions.
  • Working with the marketing and branding teams to amplify the impact of community engagements across platforms.
  • Working closely with Career Preparation, Outreach, Marketing, Academic Programs, and Leadership teams to align community initiatives with institutional goals.
  • Supporting internal teams in leveraging the community network for events, collaborations, and partnerships.
  • Tracking and analyzing community engagement metrics, including participation, conversion to hiring partnerships, and event outcomes.
  • Building dashboards and reports that measure the impact of community initiatives on placements, partnerships, and program visibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 510 years of experience in community building, corporate relations, partnerships, events, or ecosystem engagement.
  • Strong experience in managing CXO or senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to design and execute high-impact professional events or leadership forums.
  • Strong networking and relationship‑building skills across corporate ecosystems.
  • Experience in higher education, consulting, media, startup ecosystems, or industry associations is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build initiatives from 0 to 1.
