About the Role

We are looking for someone who can own high-impact admissions events and student engagement experiences for Masters? Union. This is not a basic event coordination role. We need someone who can plan, execute, travel, manage vendors, lead a team, coordinate with internal stakeholders, create event pages, manage registrations, and ensure every event directly contributes to admissions outcomes. From online webinars and masterclasses to offline city events, campus experiences, Startup Weekends, open houses, founder sessions, and conversion events ? this person will own the full event journey from idea to execution to post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate should be operationally strong, comfortable with students and parents, good with timelines, sharp with communication, and able to manage chaos without losing control.

Specifically, this role will involve
  • Planning and executing high-quality admissions events across online and offline formats.

  • Making sure every event feels well-planned, premium, sharp, and aligned with the Masters? Union brand.
  • Owning the full event cycle:
  • Event idea ? Planning ? Website page ? Registrations ? Communication ? Execution ? Attendance ? Follow-up ? Reporting
  • You will be responsible for:
  • Creating event plans and timelines
  • Setting up event pages on the website
  • Managing registration forms
  • Coordinating with design and content teams for creatives
  • Sending event communication through email, WhatsApp, and SMS
  • Managing student confirmations and reminders
  • Coordinating with speakers, faculty, alumni, and internal teams
  • Handling venue, food, travel, stay, logistics, and vendor coordination
  • Ensuring smooth execution on the day of the event
  • Managing a Zoom webinar and a 300-person offline event.
  • For online events, you will manage:
  • Event links
  • Registrations
  • Reminder communication
  • Speaker coordination

  • Recordings and post-event follow-ups
  • For offline events, you will manage:
  • Venue coordination
  • Guest lists
  • Check-ins

  • Playing a key role in planning and executing Masters? Union’s flagship admissions events like Startup Weekends and high-intent applicant experiences.
  • This includes:

  • Managing student participation
  • Creating team structures and event flows
  • Handling on-ground execution
  • Managing travel and stay for participants, wherever required
  • Ensuring the event creates strong engagement and improves admissions conversion
  • These events are not just brand-building activities. They are high-impact conversion levers.
  • Ensuring all admissions events are correctly listed, updated, and managed on the website.
  • This includes:
  • Creating event pages
  • Updating event details
  • Managing registration links
  • Checking page hygiene
  • Coordinating with website/tech teams
  • Ensuring correct dates, cities, speakers, forms, and CTAs
  • Removing outdated information
  • Making sure the student journey from event discovery to registration is smooth
  • No broken links.
  • No outdated pages.
  • No wrong event details.
  • No last-minute confusion.
  • Working with the content and admissions teams to ensure every event has strong communication before and after the event.
  • This includes:
  • Invitation messages
