About the Role

The Program Manager / Associate Program Manager - K12 will drive school outreach, represent Masters' Union at events, engage students and parents, support brand initiatives, and contribute to conversion strategies while collaborating across teams to expand the institution's K12 engagement and impact.

Specifically, this role will involve

• Taking full ownership of conducting engaging sessions and workshops across schools to drive awareness and interest in Masters' Union.
• Representing Masters' Union with confidence and professionalism at school fairs, career festivals, and outreach events.
• Developing a deep understanding of Masters' Union's undergraduate offerings to effectively communicate value to students, parents and educators.
• Contributing to the planning and execution of brand-building initiatives such as High School Startup League, AI Hackathon, Startup Weekend, and Winter Week.
• Supporting top-of-funnel growth by creating and executing conversion strategies, including outreach to students and parents through calls or messages.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of K12 initiatives.
