Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking a seasoned civil/structural project lead to drive end-to-end plant infrastructure initiatives at the Chakan plant.

You will manage multi-discipline design, budgets, schedules, RFQs and contractor performance, and you will coordinate with senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in civil/structural design and infrastructure project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end plant infrastructure projects across Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Interior domains.
• Manage project timelines, budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), milestones, and deliverables.
• Review architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings.
• Handle project planning, resource allocation, RFQs, tendering, vendor selection, and contractor management.
• Monitor project KPIs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and present project updates to senior management.
• Manage greenfield/brownfield projects and plant infrastructure development.

Role & Responsibilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Master's in Structural Engineering or Architecture preferred.
• 1012 years of experience in civil/structural design and infrastructure project management.
• Experience in industrial, factory, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, construction execution, project planning, and budget control.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, STAAD.Pro, BIM 360, or ArchiCAD.
• Experience in CAPEX/OPEX management, contractor handling, and statutory compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work at the Chakan plant location.
