Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Civil Engineering required.
• 4–8 years of Civil Construction & Infrastructure experience preferred.
• Willingness to work at Kasarwadi, Pune.

Responsibilities

• Collate requirements from end-users and coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, and vendors to refine drawings and execution details.
• Direct site planning, day-to-day execution, and progress tracking to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with IS Codes and NBC for civil, structural and finishing works.
• Prepare BOQ, review estimates, monitor budget variances, and process vendor billing smoothly.
• Enforce quality control and on-site safety to achieve zero incidents.
• Act as liaison between management, consultants, and execution teams to resolve on-site challenges.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a result-oriented Civil Engineer to lead site planning, design review, vendor coordination, and end-to-end execution of construction activities. The ideal candidate will oversee infrastructure projects from conceptualization to timely delivery while upholding strict standards for quality, safety, and budget adherence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Coordination: Collate functional requirements from end-users; regularly coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, and vendors to refine drawings, design parameters, and execution details.
• Site Planning & Execution: Direct overall site planning, day-to-day execution, and progress tracking to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all civil, structural, and finishing works strictly comply with Indian Standards (IS Codes) and the National Building Code (NBC).
• Costing & Billing: Prepare accurate Quantities (BOQ), review project estimates, monitor budget variances, and process vendor billing smoothly.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce stringent quality control standards and maintain safety measures on-site to achieve a Zero Incident environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between internal management, consultants, and execution teams to resolve on-site engineering and structural challenges proactively.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Codes & Standards: Strong technical understanding of IS Codes, National Building Code (NBC), structural detailing, and interior/exterior finishing details.
• Project Management Tools: Hands-on proficiency in MS Project (MSP), MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Site Execution & Supervision: Proven experience managing vendors, site workforce, structural works, and finishing details.
• Commercial Acumen: Expertise in preparing BOQ, estimation, and invoice verification/billing.
• Safety Protocols: In-depth knowledge of safety standards and risk mitigations during civil execution.
