Job summary

Resustainability in Mumbai seeks an experienced Senior Civil Infrastructure Leader to drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of major projects including industrial construction, PEB structures, roads, and landfill development.

The role requires deep expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, BOQ review, risk management, and multidisciplinary coordination. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential to drive safety, quality, and sustainable construction practices.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.E./M.Tech preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of relevant project management experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of civil and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Oversee industrial construction, Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures, road construction, and infrastructure development.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and cost-control strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Review civil engineering designs, drawings, technical specifications, and BOQ for estimation and procurement.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee landfill design and construction, including leachate management, landfill gas collection systems, and environmental compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, environmental regulations, and sustainable construction practices.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, engineers, and contractual teams while driving performance and productivity.

Education & Experience:
