Job summary

K. Raheja Corp seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager in Delhi to lead large-scale township, IT park and premium development projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate with architects, consultants and on-site teams to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous budgeting and the ability to drive projects to delivery with high quality and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil or Diploma in Civil is required.
• 8–12 years of experience in large‑scale township, IT parks, malls, hotels, SEZs and mixed‑use developments.
• Strong coordination with architects, consultants and site engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategy formulation, planning, design and execution of projects.
• Directing and monitoring project progress with architects, consultants and on-site teams.
• Preparation of BOQs and cost controls to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure completion at the highest execution standard and quality.
• Liaison with architects, clients, consultants, subcontractors and PMCs.
• Reviewing budgets, cost controls and approvals.

EXPERIENCE:

• 8 - 12 Years in large scale and premium residential townships, IT Parks, Shopping Malls, 5 Star Hotels, SEZs and Mixed Use Developments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategy Formulation, Planning, designing and Execution of projects.
• Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants and site engineering teams.
• Preparation of BOQs.
• Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade.
• Liaison effectively, with architects, Clients, Consultants subcontractors and PMCs.
• Overall in-charge for Reviewing, Budgeting, Cost Controls and Approvals.

KEY SKILLS:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good communication skills.
