Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji Group is seeking an experienced civil project execution professional in Bengaluru to supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate multiple contractors and ensure conformance to design specifications on high-value residential, commercial and IT projects.

The role requires strong technical ability, precise interpretation of drawings, and proactive material planning with seamless measurement and billing processes.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with residential, commercial and IT real estate projects.
• 10–15 years of experience in project execution.
• Should have handled at least 2–3 complete execution cycles for a residential project.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Project Head by supervising day-to-day execution as per design contract and cost parameters.
• Supervise and coordinate daily execution by various contractors.
• Ensure adherence to design and quality specifications.
• Provide technical assistance to contractors on task scheduling and execution steps; interpretation of drawings/designs.
• Interpretation of drawings and designs.
• Determine requirements and order/requisition material (cement and steel) at site.
• Undertake joint measurements with contractor to facilitate preparation of bills.
• Maintain and verify measurement sheets for various activities.

Role & responsibilities

• Assisting Project Head, by supervising the overall project execution as per design contract and cost parameters. Responsible for day to day execution activities by planning, scheduling, organizing, directing and monitoring.
• To Supervise and co-ordinate daily execution by various contractors
• To ensure adherence to design and quality specifications
• Provide technical assistance to contractors, as and when required; for example:
• Task scheduling
• Execution work steps/ methods
• Interpretation of drawings/ designs
• To determine requirements and order/ requisition material (cement and steel) at site
• Undertake joint measurements, along with contractor, to facilitate preparation of bills
• Maintain and verify measurement sheets for various activities

Education & Experience Requirement:

• BE/ B. Tech/ M. Tech Civil
• Exposure to real estate developments related to Residential, Commercial and IT projects.
• Minimum 10 -15 years experience
• Should have handled at least 2-3 complete execution cycle for a residential project
