Qualifikationen

• Premium interior materials knowledge and finishing techniques.
• Strong understanding of design drawings and detailing.

• Lead execution of all interior works.
• Ensure interiors are executed as per approved architectural and interior design drawings.
• Maintain high standards of finish, detailing, and workmanship to luxury benchmarks.

• Participate in material selection, mock-ups, and sample approvals.
• Ensure design intent is maintained during execution without cost or time overruns.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure surface finishes, alignments, joints, polish quality, and installation accuracy meet luxury standards.
• Prepare and close snag list prior to handover.
• Ensure readiness of show units, mock-up apartments, and sample flats.

The Manager – Interiors will be responsible for end-to-end execution and coordination of interior works in luxury residential projects, ensuring design intent, superior finish quality, and timely delivery. The role requires strong expertise in high-end materials, consultant coordination, and on-site management of interior contractors to deliver world-class living spaces.
