Job summary

International Recruiters seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects from design development to completion. You will own projects, manage clients, plan, budget, schedule, coordinate vendors and mentor teams across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience, and will manage design-build, PMC and design-only assignments while upholding quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Construction management knowledge desirable.
• 8-12 years of civil project experience required.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for clients and coordinate between clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within time, budget and quality.
• Prepare schedules, BOQs, budgets, cash flows and documentation.

Job Purpose

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing interior fit-out projects from design development to project completion across Design & Build, PMC, and Design-only assignments. The role involves overall project ownership including client management, project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, quality control, and team leadership.

Job Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for clients and ensure smooth coordination between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with design, QS, procurement, MEP, and site execution teams to ensure seamless project progress. Prepare and review project schedules, BOQs, budgets, cash flow projections, and project documentation. Conduct regular project review meetings, site inspections, vendor meetings, and risk assessments. Monitor construction quality, project deliverables, and compliance with company standards and client requirements. Ensure timely circulation of MOMs, weekly progress reports, risk mitigation plans, and project updates to stakeholders. Supervise vendor performance, procurement coordination, and project execution activities across multiple sites. Drive effective collaboration between design and execution teams to achieve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate project records and ensure adherence to company project management processes and documentation standards. Build strong client relationships through professional communication and successful project delivery. Lead and mentor project teams while fostering accountability, professionalism, and performance excellence.
