• Drive business development initiatives within the Capital Markets segment.
• Identify and acquire exchanges, trading members, brokers, clearing corporations, custodians, and related market participants.
• Build a structured pipeline across domestic and international markets.
• Engage with global capital market institutions across Asia, Europe, US & MEA.
• Support cross-border capital flows, listings, trading, and investment promotion initiatives.
• Coordinate with regulatory and internal teams to ensure seamless clients onboarding.
• Develop sector insights and market intelligence on trading, broking, and exchange ecosystems.
• Maintain CRM discipline and periodic performance reporting.
• Support capital markets, roadblocks, delegations, and industry forums.

Business Development | Contractual -Full-Time | On-Site

The Manager - Capital Markets will drive business development, market outreach, and ecosystem expansion within the Capital Markets segment. The role requires broad understanding of exchanges, trading platforms, broking operations, clearing, settlement, and broader market infrastructure institutions.

The position is responsible for client acquisition, global market engagement, and partnership development across domestic and international capital market ecosystems. The role reports to the GM - Finance Cluster.

Pay Band

• In the pay-scale of Rs.44,900-1,42,400 as per 7th CPC

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Financial Services, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of exchanges, trading platforms, broking, clearing and settlement ecosystems.
• Experience in Business Development / Market Development roles.
• Exposure to international capital markets.
• Understanding cross-border trade and investment flows is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred; finance-related certifications an advantage.
