• Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Collaborate with collections team to improve recovery process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
