Bajaj Finserv Limited in Delhi is seeking a Business Loans Relationship Manager to source and manage corporate loan clients. You will build strong relationships with clients and channel partners, and guide them through the loan application and approval process.

You will stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice and ensure a smooth experience from application to decision. A focus on compliance and customer satisfaction will be essential.

• Identify and target potential clients for business loans through channel partners/open market sourcing.
• Build, retain and maintain strong relationships with clients/channel partners to generate business.
• Engage with credit and operations risk teams to streamline loan approvals and enhance customer experience.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing questions or concerns.
• Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Collaborate with Collections to improve recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
