Bajaj Finserv Limited in New Delhi is hiring for a Business Loans Relationship Executive to identify, source and secure customized lending solutions for business clients. The role focuses on building durable relationships with clients and channel partners to drive loan growth.

You will guide clients through the loan application process, stay updated on market trends, and collaborate with risk and collections teams to ensure smooth disbursement and compliance with regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and target potential clients for business loans through channel partners/open market sourcing.
• Build, retain and maintain strong relationships with Clients/Channel partners to generate business.
• Effectively engage with credit, operations risk team to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Collaborate with Collection team to improve recovery process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
