Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations/HRBP, preferably in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong expertise in blue-collar workforce and contract labor management.
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR MIS reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, and exits.
• Drive workforce planning and bulk hiring in coordination with Talent Acquisition.
• Manage blue-collar employees and contract labor, including vendor coordination and compliance.
• Monitor attendance, shift management, manpower deployment, and productivity.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and shop-floor employee relations.
• Drive employee engagement, attrition control, and frontline workforce retention initiatives.
• Validate attendance and payroll inputs in coordination with the Payroll team.
• Ensure statutory compliance, labor law adherence, HR audits, and documentation.
• Prepare HR MIS and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and productivity.
