Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 6-8 years of experience in HR Generalist roles in manufacturing/auto.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Employee Central, PMS).
• Knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
• Maintain employee records and HRMIS data; handle lifecycle events (joining, transfers, promotions, exits).
• Drive employee engagement activities and manage grievances.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements; support audits.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and support overall HR initiatives at our manufacturing facility in Chakan. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement within a manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential to drive efficient HR processes and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
• Manage recruitment activities through SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Module.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and manage the selection process.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HRMIS data.
• Maintain employee master data and organizational changes in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Handle employee lifecycle management including joining, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Support payroll inputs and coordination with payroll team.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and HR-related concerns.
• Foster positive employee relations and workplace culture.
• Drive employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and communication programs.
• Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction initiatives.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Support audits and inspections by government authorities.
• Ensure timely submission of compliance-related documentation.

Performance Management & Learning

• Support performance appraisal processes and goal-setting activities.
• Administer PMS processes using SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Module.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.

HR Reporting & MIS

• Prepare HR dashboards and monthly reports.
• Generate and analyze HR reports from SAP SuccessFactors.
• Track key HR metrics including attrition, manpower, absenteeism, recruitment status, and training records.
• Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), or equivalent qualification.

Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in HR Generalist roles within Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, or Industrial organizations.
