Responsibilities

• Supplier Coordination: Maintain daily communication with vendors regarding orders, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Order Processing: Issue purchase orders (POs), track shipments, and resolve any delivery delays or discrepancies.
• Market Research: Research potential new suppliers, collect price quotes, and compile data for the management team.
• Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate purchasing records, update vendor databases, and process invoices for approval.
• Quality & Inventory Support: Coordinate with warehouse and quality teams to inspect received goods and handle returns or defect claims.
