Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in purchase and procurement operations within manufacturing.
• Proven vendor management and supplier negotiation skills.
• Experience with PO processing and RFQ/quotations.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination with production, stores, QA, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchasing for raw materials and production needs.
• Identify and develop suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery.
• Prepare and release purchase orders.
• Collect quotations and negotiate prices with suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material availability and on-time delivery.
• Monitor PO status, delivery schedules and pending materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality and Finance departments.
• Maintain supplier records and documentation.
• Work on cost reduction, price comparison and procurement planning.
• Handle vendor performance evaluation and follow-up.
• Use ERP/SAP systems for purchase orders and material tracking.

• Prepare and release purchase orders (POs).

• Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules and pending materials.
