Job summary

Intrumentation & Control Solution is seeking a Manager/Assistant Sales Manager in Vadodara with 7–10 years in process instrumentation or process automation sales. You will identify new business, promote automation solutions, and lead regional sales initiatives for Gujarat and South zones.

You will manage client relationships, negotiate orders, drive leads, and ensure timely payments while leveraging Rockwell exposure to win pharma, chemical, and packaging projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (B.E./B.Tech./Diploma).
• Strong knowledge of DCS/PLC/SCADA/HMI and networking.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Promote and present automation solutions, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.
• Conduct cold calls, generate qualified leads, and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Handle negotiations and order finalization, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
• Oversee all sales and marketing activities for the Gujarat & South region.
• Manage sales activities for industrial automation products, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and servo drives.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through new business development and customer acquisition.
