A leading automation solutions provider is hiring for a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Branch Head to lead sales efforts in Vadodara and the Gujarat region. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in process instrument sales and strong technical knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems. Responsibilities include client development, promoting automation solutions, and maintaining customer relationships. Attractive salary based on previous hikes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Process Instrument Sales or Process Automation Sales.
• Experience handling clients in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Specialty Chemicals, and Packaging domains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients in the assigned region.
• Promote automation solutions including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.
• Conduct cold calls and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Lead negotiations, order closures, and ensure payment follow-ups.
• Responsible for overall sales and marketing in Gujarat.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and networking

Familiarity with field instruments (TT, LT, FT, PT, etc.)
