Physics Wallah is seeking a Manager AMC & Vendor Management to oversee AMCs, vendor relationships, and billing across multiple centers. The role emphasizes SLA adherence, ticketing via Freshdesk, and MIS reporting to ensure reliable facility services.

The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years in FM/AMC operations, strong vendor/OEM management skills, and a hands‑on approach to cost control and stakeholder coordination. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AMC lifecycle, SLA management, and escalation handling.
• Hands‑on experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing tools.
• Vendor and OEM management.
• Multi-location facility operations.
• Vendor billing and invoice verification.
• Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ownership and problem‑solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage AMCs for all centers.
• Monitor and close Freshdesk tickets within SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Handle escalations and minimize turnaround time (TAT).
• Manage service contracts for AC, RO, and Lifts systems.
• Coordinate with OEMs like Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Johnson, Otis, KONE, Aquaguard.
• Track vendor SLA performance.
• Verify vendor invoices and coordinate PO and payment processing.
• Prepare MIS reports on ticket status, SLA, ageing, and billing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across locations.

The role is responsible for ensuring all Physics Wallah centers have uninterrupted facility services by managing AMCs, vendors, Freshdesk tickets, SLAs, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for all centers.
• Monitor and close Freshdesk tickets within SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Handle escalations and minimize turnaround time (TAT).
• Manage service contracts for:
  • VRV & Non-VRV Air Conditioning Systems
  • RO Systems
  • Passenger Lifts
• Coordinate with OEMs like:
  • Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG (AC)
  • Johnson, Otis, KONE (Lifts)
  • Aquaguard (RO)
• Track vendor SLA performance.
• Verify vendor invoices and coordinate PO and payment processing.
• Prepare MIS reports covering:
  • Ticket status
  • SLA compliance
  • Ageing analysis
  • Vendor performance
  • Billing
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple locations.
