Job summary

AIHP in Gurugram is seeking a Facility Management professional with 5–7 years of experience in AC/HVAC vendor handling to coordinate installation, maintenance, and service calls across facilities.

You will read and modify HVAC drawings using AutoCAD, compare quotations, negotiate costs, manage AMCs, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety standards. Strong communication and documentation skills are required, along with a degree in mechanical engineering.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience dealing with AC/HVAC vendors.
• Basic technical understanding of air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with AC/HVAC vendors for installation, maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• Read existing HVAC drawings and verify installation work with vendors.
• Prepare or modify HVAC drawings using AutoCAD.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations; negotiate pricing.
• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts for AC equipment.
• Understand basic AC systems: split, VRF/VRV, chillers, central AC.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown service calls.
• Monitor vendor performance and service response times.
• Maintain records of service reports, quotations, invoices, and schedules.
• Coordinate with facility management, procurement, and operations teams.
• Ensure vendors follow site safety standards and timelines.

We are looking for a professional with experience in handling HVAC/AC vendors and a sound understanding of air conditioning systems, maintenance, and servicing. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, quotation management, service scheduling, and ensuring timely resolution of AC-related issues across facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with AC/HVAC vendors for installation, maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• HVAC Drawing reading: The candidate can understand existing HVAC layouts, check installation work, coordinate with vendors, and verify bills or material orders against drawings.
• HVAC Drawing making: The candidate can prepare or modify HVAC drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations, negotiate pricing, and support cost control.
• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for air conditioning equipment.
• Understand basic AC systems, including split ACs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and central air conditioning.
